Riverside Tower Hotel New York

I loved that it was clean and cute, the staff were flexible and rooms were compact.

The room was tidy, with two beds.

The venue is a bit outdated tbh, nonetheless it has wonderful location and stuff.

In my suite I had essentials needed, including a microwave oven and a fridge.

It has GOOD staff and rooms for a good stay in Riverside tower hotel.

Thanks to the attentive staff everything was perfect. The breakfast was not expensive and quick. Late check-out was useful. Not to mention free wifi!

We had the most nice few days there. Loved to be here, the hotel was clean and straightforward, the location was ideal near the Central park.

Clean hotel, it's based close to a metro station, I liked efficient staff. There's Nice Matin located close to the property, I recommend to try food there.

We liked our huge rooms and the staff was consistently courteous. Easy check-in was a bonus. Within walking distance of a theater and a museum. The restaurant was great.

Even though it is a quiet and family place, the rooms are in dire need of renovation. Both in decoration and sanitary facilities.

the super small room, but clean and in our case it was just for sleeping, so we recommend

we did not expect too much, were positively surprised by the hotel. we had a room on the 13th floor and from there we had a beautiful view over the hudson river. subway is not far away: about 5 min. central park and museum of natural history can be reached on foot. we liked the price for the location. it was great that we could leave our suitcases longer in the hotel on the day of departure. therefore, reception that is occupied around the clock provides an own lockable room.

room is a bit small and furniture is a bit outdated. especially the bed creaked with every movement. heating could not really be regulated - at least it was pleasantly warm. we could live well with these small reductions.

Attention the spaces are reduced for the 2nd room of the suite: folding bed, not very practical, small basins and common toilet. Good for a family, less for 2 couples.

It is a modest site but the quality/price ratio is very good. It is very well located in relation to metro stations and there are several establishments nearby to have a good dinner/lunch.

The bed turned out to be a little hard. The radiators were noisy when they were turned on.

location of the hotel on the upper west side is excellent. there are excellent subway and bus connections in all directions, central park, metropolitan art and natural history museum are within walking distance. there are very good possibilities for breakfast and dinner directly in the area. the room was clean and view of the hudson river was very pleasant. otherwise. equipment (of the hotel as a whole as also of the rooms) is extremely aged. not to say shabby, beds were good and with the room price i did not expect much more in new york, one should also not be too sensitive to noise. as the house is very well hearing. the friendliness of the staff left nothing to be desired,

condition of the elevator, public areas and room itself. everything is very old.

The first night we were given a room that didn't match our reservation. The rooms are small.

Very good location: close to the metro station, grocery store and Zabar's (great coffee and breakfast!); quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes on foot to Central Park. In the room fridge and microwave, clean sheets and towels, cosmetics in the bathroom.

The room needs refreshing; dirty and noisy air-conditioning; sticking small window; thin walls through which you can hear the neighbours exactly.

The bedding is bad, the bed in room 5 is small and with a mattress that doesn't help you sleep well...

the access, the calm despite the nearby motorway, the easy parking, the view ...

location of the hotel is top (very quiet and yet central). cheapest price in new york. just around the corner is a subway station (connection to the city center).

rooms are very small. furnishings in the room and carpet already very old.

Nice staff, location perfect for people who like sightseeing . Close to the subway and a charming place ZABAR, where you can have a tasty breakfast. Relatively quiet as for NYC, close to the park areas.

The building definitely needs renovating, but I didn't expect luxuries at that price. For the same money it is difficult to find a room with its own bathroom.

hotel is situated in a very quiet but very central location. cafes for breakfast are about 200m away, subway is also nearby.

The rooms are very small, there is not much room for luggage.

deciding factor in this house is undoubtedly its location near broadway, central park etc.

prices are in the lower segment by nyc standards, are still quite lavish in terms of the size, facilities and quality of the rooms.

price-performance ratio was top, location was great and it was very clean.
